After her Master's studies in Business and Supply Chain, Julia started her career in Logistics, working with suppliers, clients, operations and marketing, focusing on stock movements, optimal order quantities and inventory management strategies, demand planning and forecasting. Getting hooked on the analytical component, Julia then continued her journey as a business analyst, working across different sectors, analysing supply chain, sales and financial data, and using this to drive management strategies. In recent years, Julia's focus has shifted to continuous process improvement, supporting businesses set their systems and processes up efficiently to reduce wasted time and money on slow and manual tasks. Julia's passion is to help small businesses thrive by finding and configuring the right tools for their job and implementing automations that win businesses valuable time back to focus on what matters to them.

With over 13 years of experience as a dedicated full-stack software engineer, Chris has built a career defined by technical versatility and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. Originally starting as a PHP developer, he has since expanded his expertise across a vast array of technologies, becoming equally proficient in web API development using .Net, Python, Mule, and AWS. His technical journey has seen him engineer complex data processing pipelines and build high-performance applications using Angular, React, and Postgres.
Chris’ expertise lies in modernising infrastructure through microservice architecture, system integrations using publish-subscribe patterns, and robust database implementations with MySQL and AWS DynamoDB. Deeply rooted in Agile development methodologies, he moves beyond execution to provide strategic guidance on system architecture, performance, and the evolving role of AI. Chris is passionate about using his broad toolkit to help businesses build scalable, efficient systems, ensuring their technology is a powerful asset rather than a limitation
